Accessibility Statement

Movilei B.M 1993 Ltd. believes in equal, respectful and accessible service for all customers, including people with disabilities. We have worked to make mov-bm.co.il accessible, convenient and easy to use, in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Accessibility level

The Website was adapted to the requirements of Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, at level AA. The Website was tested in the Chrome browser on desktop and in phone view, and with keyboard-only navigation.

What we did to make the Website accessible

• The whole Website can be used with a keyboard, including the phone menu, with a clear outline around the selected item.
• Every page starts with a "Skip to content" link.
• Every page has a main heading and a clear heading structure, and the page language is set (Hebrew or English).
• Images that carry information have alternative text.
• All form fields have clear labels, and required fields are marked.
• Colors meet the contrast ratio required by the standard.
• The opening video on the home page can be paused with a button.
• Links that open in a new tab are announced to screen readers.
• The Website works on phones, tablets and computers.

Accessibility menu

Every page has an accessibility button in the bottom right corner. It lets you:

• Make text larger or smaller.
• Switch to high contrast.
• Highlight links.
• Use a readable font.
• Stop animations and videos.

Your settings are saved in your browser from page to page, and you can reset them at any time.

Limitations

The opening video on the home page is a background video without speech, and it does not convey information that is not in the text. Third-party content, such as YouTube, WhatsApp and Facebook, is not fully under our control. Despite our efforts, some part of the Website may still not be fully accessible. If you run into a problem, please let us know and we will fix it.

Accessibility of our service

• Our office does not receive visitors. We provide service by phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Our fleet includes a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Please mention this need when you contact us, so we can arrange the right vehicle.
• You can describe any special need in your request, and we will work with you to adapt the ride.
