Privacy Policy

Movilei B.M 1993 Ltd. ("the Company", "we" or "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits mov-bm.co.il ("the Website") and contacts us. This policy explains what information the Website collects, how it is used, who it is shared with and what your rights are. It was written in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, and the regulations made under it. If there is any difference between this English version and the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version applies.

1. Who is responsible for your information

The information collected on the Website is controlled by Movilei B.M 1993 Ltd., 11 Derech Yitzhak Rabin, Beit Shemesh, Israel. For any privacy question or request, please use the contact details in section 12.

2. What information we collect

• Information you enter in the "Trip Details" form: full name, phone number, destination, pickup point, trip date and time, trip type, number of passengers and any notes you choose to add.
• Information you give us when you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical information: like every website, the hosting server automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page viewed and the time of the visit, for security and operation.

We do not ask for ID numbers, credit card details or other sensitive information on the Website. Please do not write such information in the notes field.

3. Do you have to provide information?

You are not legally required to give us any information; doing so is voluntary and depends on your consent. However, without your name and phone number we cannot get back to you, and without the trip details we cannot give you an accurate quote. You can always call us instead of filling in the form.

4. How we use the information

• To get back to you and answer your request.
• To prepare a quote and arrange your ride.
• To provide the service you ordered and keep in touch with you about it.
• To operate and secure the Website and prevent misuse.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We will not send you advertising without your prior express consent, as required by section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with others for their marketing.

5. Who we share information with

Your information is used by the Company only. To run the Website we use service providers, who can access the information only as far as their role requires:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): a service that forwards the form details to the Company's email inbox.
• Google (Gmail): the email inbox where requests arrive.
• UPRESS: the Website's hosting company.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.

Some providers, such as FormSubmit and Google, store information on servers outside Israel, for example in the United States. Such transfers are made in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001. We will disclose information to authorities only if required by law or by court order.

6. Cookies and third-party content

The Website itself does not use cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics, and it has no tools such as Google Analytics or the Facebook pixel. However, it includes third-party content that may set cookies or receive your IP address under its own policies:

• The opening video on the home page is shown through YouTube (Google).
• The Website's font is loaded from Google Fonts.
• The WhatsApp and Facebook links work only if you click them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the Website will keep working normally.

7. How long we keep information

We keep request details for as long as needed to handle the request and provide the service. After that, we keep them only as far as the law requires, for example for accounting, or to protect the Company's rights. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

8. Information security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. The Website is encrypted (HTTPS), access to the email inbox and the Website systems is limited to authorized Company staff, and the systems are kept up to date. However, no method can guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access or use.

9. Your rights

• Right of access: to review the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law).
• Right to correct or delete: to ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14 of the Law).
• Stop contact: to ask us to stop contacting you, at any time.

To use any of these rights, contact us by email or phone (section 12). We may ask you to verify your identity before handling your request. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Justice.

10. Minors

The Website is intended for adults and institutions. Student transportation is ordered by parents, schools and institutions, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors through the Website. If your child has given us details, please contact us and we will delete them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
